How do I log on?
If you are logging on for the first time, you need to setup your user ID and password. Click the "First Time Here" link on the login page.
In the following screen enter the following:
If you are a Citibank Banking Customer, you need to enter your Citicard / ATM Card number, ATM PIN, and any linked Citibank Account No (Savings / Checking etc)
If you are a Citibank Credit Card Customer, you need to enter your Credit Card number, Cash Advance PIN and your Credit Card no.
On clicking continue, you will see the User ID and Password setup screen. Please take note of the following when you create your Login profile.
User ID: Must be minimum 6 characters with at least 1 letter and 1 number. User ID should not have 3 of the same characters in a row (eg. 2aaa or b999) or 3 consecutive characters (eg. abc1 or a123).
Password: - Must be minimum 6 characters with at least 1 letter and 1 number. Password should not have 3 of the same characters in a row (eg. 2aaa or b999) or 3 consecutive characters (eg. abc1 or a123).
The password cannot be entered through the keyboard, please use your mouse to enter your password using the onscreen keyboard.
The next screen will display the Citibank Online User Agreement. Please read this carefully and select "I Agree" / "I Disagree" to continue.
If you select "I Agree", you will be taken to the final confirmation screen, which will display your User ID.
Please take note of this User ID and password, as for all your subsequent logins you will be using this User ID and password.
What is my card number and PIN?
Your card number is the 16-digit number that appears on your Citibank Credit Card or Citicard (ATM card.) Your PIN is your "personal identification number" issued to you with your card.

Important to remember: Your CitiPhone Banking Self Service telephone PIN (TPIN) will not work with Citibank Online.

If you do not have an ATM PIN, you can get one at by calling our 24-Hour CitiPhone Banking at +65 6338 1221 or your Relationship Manager today.
How do I reset my password?
Click "Need Help" from the login page and choose the "Password Reset" option. You will have to enter your User ID and the following:

Click "Need Help" from the login page and choose "Request a User ID reminder". In the next screen, enter your ATM / Credit Card No and ATM PIN / Cash Advance PIN to display the User ID.
Can I use Citibank Online from another person's computer or from a cybercafe?
Certainly, if you have Internet access through a modem of any PC, you may use your Internet Service Provider (ISP) account to access Citibank Online. If you are in a business environment and are connected to the Internet via LAN, you should also be able to use Citibank Online. Citibank Online can be used from any PC that meets the minimum PC configurations and it can be accessed from your home, your office or even from your laptop when you are on the move.
Can I use Citibank Online overseas?
Yes, as long as you have signed up with your ISP's roaming service. Or you can also access from any computer that has Internet connectivity from wherever you are staying.
If I have problems accessing my Internet account, whom should I contact for help?
You should approach your own Internet Service Provider for assistance.
I have a Citibank Credit Card from the US, will I be able to see my account information on this web site?
No, this service is for Guam-based accounts only. However, visit our U.S. site at www.citibank.com for information on U.S. card accounts. Or, if you have a Citibank Credit Card from one of the other 100 countries in which we do business, you can visit their respective home page for your account information. Country-specific links can also be found at under the "Select a Country" drop-down menu found above.
If I have made a transaction through Citibank Online, will the information be updated immediately?
Yes, select transactions made will be updated accordingly. However, bill payments may require next day processing depending on the time when the Citibank Online transaction was conducted.
Can I pay my utility bills? How?
This facility is only available for utilities in Guam. So, if your bills are from other parts of the USA, you will need to arrange a remittance via the Transfer Money Abroad option.
How do I end my Citibank Online banking session?
You will need to click on either the icon "Home Page" or "Sign-Off" at the top navigation bar. You will then be prompted with this message "Do you want to exit your secure Citibank Online session?" You may click "OK" to confirm your exit or "Cancel" to continue your Citibank Online activities.
