| What are
Citibank Rewards points and how do I accumulate
them? |
Citibank Reward points are credits
you earn for each dollar charged to your Citibank
Rewards Card. These points are redeemable for either
travel related rewards or cash.
Your monthly statement will tell you how many points
you have. |

| How long

| Can I combine
my OnePass miles with my WorldPerks miles? |
| OnePass and WorldPerks are two
separate frequent flyer programs and therefore miles
cannot be combined for the purchase of airlines
tickets. However, as a OnePass member, you may use
your Citibank Rewards points for a redemption ticket
on Continental Airlines or any of the SkyTeam alliance
airlines. If you already have OnePass miles, you
can transfer points at any time into your OnePass
account in increments of one thousand (1,000) points
with a minimum of one thousand (1,000) points per
transfer, through the Northwest Airlines WorldPerks
program, as this is part of their alliance arrangement. |
| What about
those "black-out" dates? |
| Most frequent flyer programs have
their own set of redemption guidelines. You'll want
to familiarize yourself with these soon after enrolling
in each program or as soon as possible before scheduling
a trip abroad. |
| May I have
my daughter/son (who is a supplementary cardholder)
transfer Citibank Reward points to my frequent flyer
account? |
| For your protection, supplementary
cardholders are not authorized to redeem on behalf
of the primary account holder. However, joint card
customers are welcomed to do so. |
| My wife
and I each have a Citibank Credit Card (we're both
primary cardholders with separate accounts.) Can
we combine our points for redemption purposes? |
| Again, in the interest of protecting
the accounts of our customers, we do not allow for
the combining of points at this time. |
| How
do I know how many points I have? |
| There is a Citibank Rewards Points
Summary found on the bottom portion of your monthly
statement that will accurately indicate reward point
accumulation and usage history. You may also call
CitiPhone for an update in between your statement
cycle time. |
