What are Citibank Rewards points and how do I accumulate them?
Citibank Reward points are credits you earn for each dollar charged to your Citibank Rewards Card. These points are redeemable for either travel related rewards or cash.

Your monthly statement will tell you how many points you have.
How do I redeem my Citibank Reward points for travel?
Before you can redeem your points for free travel, you'll need to enroll in your choice of these prestigious frequent flyer programs: OnePass® , WorldPerks, AsiaMiles, or Krisflyer, which can take you to practically any destination around the world.

You can pick up at the respective airline offices or websites.

The next step is to call CitiPhone at +1 671 477 CITI (2484) and tell us you would like to transfer your points to a specific frequent flyer program.
For example; you have collected 50,000 Citibank Reward points and would like to convert a portion of them to mileage in your selected flyer program.
Sign up with OnePass, WorldPerks, AsiaMiles or KrisFlyer.
Verify number of miles needed for trip.
Call CitiPhone to transfer points.
Call airlines or travel agent to validate that Miles redeemed are credited (normally takes 6-8 weeks) and make reservations.
How do I redeem my Citibank Reward points for Cash?
Simply call CitiPhone at +1 671 477 CITI (2484) and let the representative know how may Citibank Reward points you would like to redeem for Cash Rebates. You can receive $10 Cash for every 1,250 points redeemed.
How long are my points good for?
Citibank Rewards Points accumulated are valid for three (3) years from the date when they are credited to your account. However, these terms change once transferred to individual frequent flyer programs. Please refer to the Terms and Conditions of the respective Airline Progam for specific expiration information.
Can I combine my OnePass miles with my WorldPerks miles?
OnePass and WorldPerks are two separate frequent flyer programs and therefore miles cannot be combined for the purchase of airlines tickets. However, as a OnePass member, you may use your Citibank Rewards points for a redemption ticket on Continental Airlines or any of the SkyTeam alliance airlines. If you already have OnePass miles, you can transfer points at any time into your OnePass account in increments of one thousand (1,000) points with a minimum of one thousand (1,000) points per transfer, through the Northwest Airlines WorldPerks program, as this is part of their alliance arrangement.
What about those "black-out" dates?
Most frequent flyer programs have their own set of redemption guidelines. You'll want to familiarize yourself with these soon after enrolling in each program or as soon as possible before scheduling a trip abroad.
May I have my daughter/son (who is a supplementary cardholder) transfer Citibank Reward points to my frequent flyer account?
For your protection, supplementary cardholders are not authorized to redeem on behalf of the primary account holder. However, joint card customers are welcomed to do so.
My wife and I each have a Citibank Credit Card (we're both primary cardholders with separate accounts.) Can we combine our points for redemption purposes?
Again, in the interest of protecting the accounts of our customers, we do not allow for the combining of points at this time.
How do I know how many points I have?
There is a Citibank Rewards Points Summary found on the bottom portion of your monthly statement that will accurately indicate reward point accumulation and usage history. You may also call CitiPhone for an update in between your statement cycle time.
