As Head of Operations and Technology Sub-Sector that employs approximately 2000 staff, Ms. Iwona Dudzińska has been responsible for all operation and technology activities in Bank Handlowy since July 2008. Before this time, from April 2004 to July 2008, Ms. Dudzińska as Managing Director, held a position of Operations and Technology Head in Corporate and Commercial Banking Sector.

In the period from 2001 - 2004, Ms. Iwona Dudzińska managed Centralized Operations Division of Corporate and Commercial Banking Sector in Bank Handlowy w Warszawie. During this period, she supervised budget, operational and control processes within the Division including implementation of several important changes and management over the creation of Regional Data Center for Bank Handlowy.

From 1999 to 2001, Ms. Iwona Dudzińska held a position of Senior Branch Operations Officer in Citibank Poland S.A. and her main responsibilities comprised management over documentary operations, local and foreign clearings, monetary market operations and the bank's administrative functions. She was also in charge of Corporate Clients Department.

Ms. Iwona Dudzińska is a senior executive with 15 year's experience in management over strategic projects and complex operation and technology processes. She holds a Master's in Economics.
