We are a public company quoted on the Warsaw Stock Exchange. This imposes on us limitations and obligations determined in the Securities Act, in particular information obligations and the rules on the Bank's conduct towards various groups of shareholders defined in public regulations.
We are a subsidiary of Citibank N.A., a member of Citigroup. We ensure compliance of our regulations and activities with Citigroup standards and regulations so that our majority shareholder can properly control its global business risk and obey American regulations applicable to it.
