Citi Handlowy has been created as a result of the merger of Bank Handlowy w Warszawie SA - the oldest Bank in Poland - and Citibank (Poland) SA. The management of the Bank is appointed in conformity with the Polish Commercial Companies Code. The Management Board, appointed and supervised by the Supervisory Board elected by the General Meeting of Shareholders, is in charge of the Bank's operations.
