Shell-Citibank
Credit Card Promotion Terms and Conditions
| 1. |
The
Promotion period is from July 24 to August 24, 2004. |
| 2. |
The
promo is open to all Shell Citibank MasterCard credit card applicants
who submit their application forms within the promo period and subsequently
get approved. |
| 3. |
Approved Cardholders
must charge a minimum of P6,000 (single or accumulated transactions),
excluding fees and interests, on their Shell Citibank Gold MasterCard
or Shell Citibank Classic MasterCard within the first 2 months from
the card issuance date to avail of the corresponding free fuel.

If
an approved cardholder fails to charge the minimum required amount
of P6,000 within the first 2 months from the card issuance date,
such cardholder will not be entitled to the free fuel.

Qualified
Cardholder may, subject to the terms and conditions, redeem Free Fuel
as follows: For Shell Citibank Gold MasterCard, redeem P1,000 worth
of Free Fuel from Shell. For Shell Citibank Classic MasterCard, redeem
P500 worth of Free Fuel from Shell. |

To
redeem Free Fuel from participating Shell stations, Qualified Cardholder
must ensure that they have charged the minimum amount of P6,000 to
their Shell Citibank MasterCard and may then charge P500 (for Shell-Citibank
Classic MasterCard) or P1,000 (for Shell-Citibank Gold MasterCard)
worth of fuel to their Shell-Citibank MasterCard at participating
Shell stations. The complete list of participating Shell stations
will be included in the welcome kit for qualified cardholders, which
will be delivered together with their Shell-Citibank MasterCard. |

The
primary cardholder can only redeem Free Fuel from participating Shell
stations once. Deadline of Free Fuel redemption from Shell is on December
31, 2004. Supplementary cardholders are not entitled to redeem the
Free Fuel. |

Coverage is Nationwide, in the Philippines only. |
