1.

What is the Electronic Statement facility? What's new with it?

Electronic Statement is a facility that allows you to view your bank and credit card statements online. It provides immediate retrieval of your past three months' statements, and allows you to print and even store the statements as computer files.

All customers enrolled in the Electronic Statement facility will no longer receive their monthly credit card printed statements. They will enjoy the convenience of receiving an e-mail within three days from the time their credit card statement is generated, to prompt them of the availability of their latest statement online.

How can I avail of this service?

You simply enroll in the Electronic Statement facility and you will enjoy the benefits of having your bank and credit card statements available online.

 
3.

How do I enroll in the Electronic Statement facility?

Step 1 - Login to Citibank Online
Step 2 - Click 'Account Information'
Step 3 - Click Electronic Statement 'Enrollment'
Step 4 - Enter your enrollment information
  Statement Format
  > PDF - Portable Document Format (requires Adobe Acrobat Reader)
  > HTML - HyperText Markup Language
  E-mail Address
  Mobile Phone Number
Step 5 - Click 'Enroll Now'

Once you have enrolled in this facility, you will receive an e-mail notice from Citibank every time a new statement is generated for any of your accounts.

If I have several accounts with Citibank, do I need to enroll them separately?

Once you have enrolled in the Electronic Statement facility, all your accounts will be enrolled. There is no need to enroll your accounts separately.

 
5.

If I am already enrolled and I open a new bank or credit card account with Citibank, do I still need to enroll my new account in the Electronic Statement facility?

There is no need to enroll your new accounts as these will automatically be enrolled in the Electronic Statement facility.

 
6.

Can I enroll selected accounts to this facility?

For your convenience, if you have enrolled in the Electronic Statement facility, all your accounts with Citibank will be enrolled.

 
7.

If I enroll in the Electronic Statement facility, will I still receive my printed statements from Citibank?

Once you enroll in the Electronic Statement facility, all your statements will be delivered online. You will no longer receive your Citibank credit card printed statements mailed by Citibank.

If you are a bank accountholder, you will continue to receive your bank statements from Citibank.

 
8.

How do I print my Electronic Statement?

You may print your statement as follows:

For PDF - Click on the printer icon at the upper left portion of the statement page
For HTML - Click on 'Print Statement' at the lower left portion of the statement page

 
9.

How do I update my e-mail address?

If you have changed your e-mail address, which you have registered for your Electronic Statement enrollment, you need to update it as follows:

Step 1 - Login to Citibank Online
Step 2 - Click 'Account Information'
Step 3 - Click 'See, Change Or Cancel Enrollment'
Step 4 - Click 'Change Enrollment Details'
Step 5 - Type in your new e-mail address

Your succeeding e-mail notification from Citibank will be sent to your new e-mail address.

 
10.

Do I need to pay additional fees to avail of this service?

This service is free to all Citibank accountholders.

 
11.

If I wish to cancel my enrollment, how do I go about it?

Step 1 - Login to Citibank Online
Step 2 - Click 'Account Information'
Step 3 - Click 'See, Change Or Cancel Enrollment'
Step 4 - Click 'Cancel Enrollment'

Once you cancel your enrollment, you will no longer receive e-mail notifications from Citibank regarding your Electronic Statement. You will start to receive again your printed credit card statements via regular mail.

 
12.

I usually pay my credit card bills through the partner banks. How will I make a payment without my printed statement?

If you have a bank account with Citibank, you may pay your bills through Citibank Online. Otherwise, you may print a copy of your statement and use this in making a payment at any of the partner bank branches.

 
13.

In instances when I would require an original copy of my credit card statement, how do I request for one?

If you are requesting for a copy of your statement within the past 3 months, you may request through Citibank Online and receive your statement via mail.

Step 1 - Click 'Customer Service'
Step 2 - Click 'Order a Statement'
