Your credit card number and Telephone Personal Identification Number (T-PIN)
serve as your key to CitiPhone. When calling CitiPhone with a touch-tone
phone, you can use the Automated Self-Service Option
that is available both in English and Taglish. You can conveniently perform
the following transactions:
- Inquire about your
available balance
- Find out your Minimum
Amount Due, Total Amount Due, and Payment Due Date
- Confirm the amount
and date of your last payment
- Change your CitiPhone
T-PIN
- Inquire about our
Payment and Cash Advance Centers
You can also choose to
speak to a CitiPhone Officer to handle an extensive range of credit card
transactions.
Following are some tips on using our 24-Hour CitiPhone Banking facility

- Please prepare
your 16-digit credit card number and 4 digit T-PIN. Always dial the
required number of digits and wait for the computer's confitrmation
of the inputted numbers.
- Follow the instructions
provided for your specific transaction. If you miss some of the instructions
or need further assistance, just stay on the line or press 0 to speak
