Enrollment

Follow the steps below to Enroll and Register to the Citibank Mobile Banking service.

Enroll Through Citibank ® Online

STEP 1
Log on to Citibank Online and go to Customer Service. Click on "Enrollment" under Citibank Mobile Banking.

STEP 2
Please read through the Citibank Mobile Banking Terms and Conditions. Click on the Agree button to continue.

STEP 3
On the Enrollment screen, enter the following information, then click on the "Next" button.

•	Your mobile service provider and mobile phone number
•	Choose the account(s) that you wish to access through your mobile phone
•	Choose the utility and its corresponding account number that you would like to enroll
•	Enter your 6-character long alphanumeric registration key. When you receive the confirmation of your enrollment on your mobile phone, this key will be used for the Registration process (please see Registration)

STEP 4
Check the information that you entered, then click on Enroll Now to process your enrollment.* You will then receive a confirmation on your mobile phone.

STEP 5
Click "Sign Off" after successfully enrolling in Citibank Mobile Banking. Wait for the confirmation and your MPIN through your mobile phone.

Enroll Through CitiPhone
	You can also call 24-Hour CitiPhone Banking at 995-9999 to enroll through a CitiPhone Officer.

* -	For enrollments through Citibank Online, confirmation of enrollment is received the following day if enrollment is done on a weekday.
	Confirmation of weekend enrollments will be received on the next Tuesday.
