Data Processing

Citibank's Bulk Data Processing service involves the collection of data relating to utility bills paid at the branches of various collecting banks. This information is transferred to Citibank's data processing centre, where the data is sorted and transmitted to the relevant offices of our clients. In addition to this Citibank offers reconciliation of funds received against the processed data relating to bills. This service also involves immediate follow up with collecting branches for excess/short funds.
