Free Mobilink Connections
Get one Mobilink Indigo Connection and one Jazz Connection absolutely free (all taxes paid by Mobilink) when you sign-up for the Citi Mobilink credit card. Choose from a range of select Citi Mobilink Freedom packages that have been developed, keeping your communication needs in mind.
 
No Security Deposit
The security deposit for postpaid Indigo connections will be exempted upon signing up for the Citibank Direct Debit Facility:
• For Silver Card-[Local/NWD] up to Rs. 4,000 waived
• For Gold Card-[ISD/Intl Roaming] up to Rs. 20,000 waived
Paying your bills becomes simple, with the Direct Debit Facility. All you have to do is simply authorize Mobilink to automatically charge your credit card account each time a payment is due.
 
Bonus Talk Points

Take the hassle out of paying your monthly bills. You can choose to pay your Indigo bills from a variety of options listed below:
  • You can pay your bills online by logging on to www.citibank.com.pk or www.mobilinkgsm.com from the comfort of your home or office computer using your Citi Mobilink credit card.
  • You can call 24-hour CitiPhone on 111-333-333 at your convenience.
  • Citibank makes payment of your bills absolutely effortless through the Direct Debit Facility. All you have to do is simply authorize Mobilink to automatically charge your credit card account each time a payment is due. Just sign the Direct Debit form at any Mobilink Sales and Service Centers or call CitiPhone for Direct Debit activation.
  • For the first time in Pakistan, you can now pay your cell phone bill by sending an SMS to 177 from your Mobilink connection. Refer to the SMS Payment brochure for details

For the first time in Pakistan, Citibank introduces CitiAlert, which helps you keep track of your Card Account. The Freedom to Buy Now and Pay Later
With Citi's Buy Now and Pay Later Facility, you can choose to pay as little as 5% of your remaining balance every month.

Smart Installment Plan (SIP)
SIP is available for all transactions including mobile bill payments on Citi Mobilink credit cards exceeding Rs. 3,000. This includes mobile handsets deals which will be available to our valued Cardmembers on 0% SIP*.

Cash on Call

While traveling overseas, you can withdraw cash (up to 50% of your credit limit) at 700,000 ATM machines worldwide. In Pakistan, you can access cash from any ATM across the country.
 
Online Access
With Citibank Online, you can access your Card Account from the comfort of your home or office, through the Internet. You can view past 90 days card account statement.
