CANCELLATION & FREE LOOK PERIOD

The customer is entitled to a 30 days free look period from policy effective date. If policy is cancelled within the free look or “Cooling off” period, all premium received will be refunded back to the customer by the bank immediately if no claim has been filed by the insured person or beneficiary. The customer continues to have the option to cancel the policy post the cooling off period at any point in time however premium amount will be paid on pro-rata basis (as mention in terms & conditions ) if no claims has been paid / pending by the insurance company and customer will be refunded the unearned premium as per process. If the customer wants to cancel the policy within free look or post receipt date, he/she can do so by calling Citiphone on 111-222-222 OR by sending written request at the following address:

Key Exclusions

Policy does not cover loss caused by

• HIV/ AIDS and AIDS related diseases
• Flying except as a fare paying passenger
• Suicide, self destruction, self inflicted injury while sane or insane
• War or warlike operations
• Service in armed/ security forces
• Diseases or conditions existed prior to a customer’s enrollment under the program
• Pregnancy, childbirth, abortion, miscarriage and related conditions
