The Summer Sizzler Promotion (“Promotion”) is being offered from May 15, 2008 until August 31, 2008 (“Promotion Period”) and is intended to provide discounts through selected merchants (“Discounts”) for holders of valid Citibank Credit Card(s) (“Cardmembers”) as well as provide an opportunity to Cardmembers to participate in the three draws (“Draws”) whereby the winners will be entitled to receiving Rs 100,000/- each (“Prize”) from Citibank.

(A) The Draw(s) and Prizes relating to such, are subject to the following terms and conditions:

1. Citibank will conduct the Draws on the following dates: July 15 th, August 18 th and September 16 th, 2008 (“Draw Dates”). Ten winners will be announced pursuant to each Draw. Entries to the Draw will comprise of applicants who have been approved for the issuance of a Citibank Credit Card(s) and/or a Cardmember spending Rs 3,000/- or more on his/her Citibank Credit Card. Each Rs 3,000/- spent on the Citibank Credit Card will be treated as one entry. Every incremental spend worth Rs 3,000/- will give an additional entry to the Draw. It is clarified that a Cardmember will not be entitled to enter into subsequent Draws relating to the Promotion in the event that he/she wins a Prize pursuant to any one Draw.

2. A Cardmember will be entitled to one entry to the Draw upon approval for a Classic Card and 2 (two) entries for a Gold Card during the Promotion Period. From then onwards, each entry to a Draw by such Cardmember will be on spend criteria only. Approval for the Citibank Credit Card is subject to inter alia, the applicant meeting Citibank’s criteria.

3. Transactions amounting to Rs 3000/- or more which are charged to the Citibank Credit Card from retail and other transactions outside the Pakistan (including transactions in which an order is placed from Pakistan to a merchant outside Pakistan) are eligible for entry to the Draw(s) held in terms of this Promotion. Transactions and card applicants eligible for entry to each Draw will be based on entries received as follows: between May 15, 2008 to June 15, 2008 for the first Draw, between June 16, 2008 to July 15, 2008 for the second Draw and between July 16 2008 to August 31, 2008 for the third Draw. Cash advances, charges relating to utility bill payments will also be eligible for entry to the Draw(s). Transactions amounts and charges that are later reversed or credited to the Citibank Credit Card Account will not be eligible. Citibank assumes no responsibility for lost, late, misdirected, damaged, incomplete, illegible or postage-due mail, transactions that are processed late, incorrectly or lost due to computer or electronic malfunction. Entries become the property of Citibank on receipt and will not be returned.

4. Citibank shall exercise its discretion in deciding the mode of disbursement of the Prize to the winner Cardmember(s) which may include crediting the Prize amount into the winning Cardmember’s Credit Card Account.

5. Citibank shall not be in breach of its obligations or otherwise liable to conduct the Draw, carry out the Promotion, offer or award any Prize, nor will it be liable to any Cardmember, on account of a failure or a performance of any of its obligations relating to the Promotion and/or the Draw, which is due to an event of any Force Majeure. In such an instance, Citibank’s obligation to the Cardmember(s) under these terms and conditions will be considered cancelled/terminated without necessity for Citibank to provide further notice to the Cardmember(s).

6. Citibank reserves the right to draw reserve-winners in the Draw(s), to replace any winner(s) drawn who are subsequently found to be disqualified or who do not claim their Prize. The winning Cardmember may be entitled to the Prize and receipt thereof subject to the condition that he/she shall have given his/her unconditional consent whereby in consideration of giving away the Prize to the winner, Citibank shall be allowed to use such winner’s information/details/photographs for publicity of the Promotion in such manner as determined by Citibank. Winners of the Draws will be contacted either in writing or through telephone by Citibank.

1. Customers may also receive instant giveaways (“Instant Prizes”) at “Selected Merchant” outlets. These Instant Prizes may only be handed out to customers who qualify the “minimum spend amount” criterion, as determined by Citibank.
2. The stock of Instant Prizes will be limited and may be distributed to the initial few customers who qualify, as mentioned above.
3. Citibank will not be liable for any damage / loss that might be incurred due to usage or otherwise, of the Instant Prizes
4. Citibank has the right to offer different gift items and at any one Selected Merchant outlet and the customer(s) does not have the right to swap/change or replace one Instant Prize with another.
5. Customers can claim only one item (subject to availability) from the Selected Merchant outlet once the transaction(s) amount(s) exceeds the required spend amount.
6. The Instant Prizes will be distributed on first-come and first-served basis and are subject to availability of stock.

7. Citibank may, at any time, replace or substitute any prize with another prize of equivalent or similar value, at the sole discretion of Citibank.

(B) Discounts:

1. During the Promotion Period, Cardmembers may be entitled to avail the discounts through selected merchant outlets (“Outlets”) as per details mentioned herein.

2. Cardmembers will be entitled to discounts in respect of travel packages which may include air tickets, boarding and tours purchased using the Citibank Credit Card(s) at the Select Merchant outlets.

3. The discounts stated herein may be subject to applicable fees, related expenses / service charges which are to be borne by the Cardmember opting to avail the same. The Cardmember shall be independently responsible in connection with documentation required for visa/ passport and all fees, costs and related expenses in the event that he/she decides to utilize the discounts stated herein.

• The discounts stated hereto are not transferable and are available only for the Cardmember who shall be required to present his/her Citibank Credit Card at the Selected Merchant outlets at the time of booking.

(C). General:

1. Citibank reserves the right to disqualify any Cardmember from availing the Prize or Discounts under the Promotion , in its sole discretion, if the Cardmember has violated any of these terms and conditions or has violated terms and conditions applicable to Citibank Credit Cards. In case of any dispute arising in relation to the Promotion, Citibank’s decision in connection with the same shall be final and binding. Citibank reserves the right to terminate the Promotion at any time and without prior notice. In the event of any inconsistency between these terms and conditions and any brochure, marketing or promotional material relating to the Promotion, these terms and conditions shall prevail.

2. Use of the Citibank Credit Card is subject, at all times, to applicable terms and conditions. Citibank and the respective merchant (solely in the case of Discounts offered) reserves the right, at its absolute discretion, to vary, delete or add to any of these terms and conditions from time to time, without notice.

3. In no event shall Citibank, any of its affiliates, or any of their officers, directors, employees or agents be liable for any loss, damage or expense arising out of or otherwise related to the Promotion.

4. Employees of Citibank and its associate companies are not eligible to participate in the Promotion.
