What is Smart Cash?

Withdraw cash from an ATM using your Citibank credit cards (As done with Cash Advance) and call CitiPhone (111-222-222) to simply book the transaction as Smart Cash.

Points to Remember

• Cash withdrawal can be done only with a valid PIN. To create a cash withdrawal PIN, call our 24-Hour CitiPhone Banking Service on 111 222 222.
• Cash withdrawal amount (minimum withdrawal of Rs.3000) can be converted into easy installments only by calling CitiPhone Banking. On your request, CitiPhone will convert your ATM cash withdrawal transaction into Smart Cash after 24 hours of said withdrawal. Once converted, Smart Cash service fee will apply.

The following provides the rate of service fee applicable in respect of amounts availed based on the tenor selected:

• For the first 6 months of receiving your credit card you can withdraw cash up to 50% of available credit limit assigned against your credit card. Limit for Cash Withdrawal will change according to payment history and credit limit utilization.

Citibank MasterCard Card menbers can withdraw cash from ATMs displaying the CIRRUS logo, which is printed on the back of the MasterCard.
