“WIN Free Fuel” – with Citibank Visa and Master Card (“Promotion”)

Terms & Conditions

The Promotion, Draw and the Prize relating to such, are subject to the following Terms & Conditions:

1. The Promotion: Up to 6 Citibank regular Citibank VISA / MasterCard, Classic and Preferred Credit Cards holders (“Cardmembers”), will each receive 12 coupons of Rs.5,000 worth each, for free fuel from Caltex outlets in Pakistan (“Prize”), via three draws as per details mentioned below. The Promotion is valid from March 15, 2008 till May 15, 2008 ("Promotion Period”). The Promotion is not available for Clear, Shaheen Affinity and Cit Mobilink Credit Cards.

2. All applicants who are subsequently issued and activate their regular Citibank VISA / MasterCard, Classic and Preferred Credit Cards (“Citi Cards”) during the Promotion Period will also be eligible for one entry in a draw. From then onwards, each subsequent entry to the draw by such Cardmember will be based upon spend criteria only.

3. Upon activation of Classic or Preferred Citi Card, as the case may be, the Cardmember will be entitled to one entry in respect of the former and three entries to the draw in respect of the latter.

4. The Cardmember will be entitled for one entry in the draw for each qualifying spent amount of three thousand Pakistani Rupees (Rs. 3,000), which may be a result of multiple transactions, made on account of the Citi Cards during the Promotion Period. Charges to the Citi Card from retail and other transactions outside Pakistan (including transactions in which an order is placed from Pakistan to a merchant abroad) are eligible for this Promotion. Cash Advances, charges relating to utility bill payments will be eligible for entitlement of entry point(s) as stated above. The transaction amounts and charges that are later reversed or credited to the Citi Card Account will not be eligible and entry point(s) accrued pursuant to such transaction(s) will be cancelled. The draw entries will be based on total spend done in the last calendar month. Each Rs. 3,000 spent on the Citi Card in a month during the Promotion Period will be treated as one entry. Every incremental spend worth Rs. 3,000 will give an additional entry in the draw, for example, if a customer spends Rs. 7,000 on the Citi Card via multiple or single transaction(s) in a calendar month, he/she will get 2 entries in the draw. Spend based entries will be derived from system and the Cardmember will not be required to fill any document/slip in this regard.

5. The draws in respect of entries received during the Promotion Period will take place on the 20th day of June 2008 in order to randomly declare six Cardmembers entitled to the Prizes.

6. The draws shall be conducted in such manner as may be prescribed by Citibank. The winners of the Prizes will be contacted either in writing or by telephone by Citibank.

7. All applicable taxes, levies, fees will be the responsibility of the winner of the Prize pursuant to the draw.

8. Use of the Citi Cards and Cardmembers’ participation in the Promotion shall be subject to Citibank Credit Card Terms & Conditions. In the event of any inconsistency between the referred Terms & Conditions and this brochure or any other marketing or promotional material relating to the Promotion the Citibank Credit Card Terms & Conditions shall prevail.

9. Citibank reserves the right to disqualify any Cardmember from participating in the draw in case the Cardmember has violated any of these terms & conditions or has violated Citibank Credit Card Terms & Conditions.

10. Citibank may, at any time, replace or substitute the Prize(s) with another prize of equivalent or similar value or otherwise.

11. Issuance of the Citi Cards is subject to approval by Citibank in respect of each application and is based on inter alia, the applicant meeting the criteria set by Citibank.

12. Citibank shall not be in breach of its obligations or otherwise liable to conduct the draw, carry out the Promotion, offer or award any prize, nor will it be liable to any Cardmember, on account of a failure or a performance of any of its obligations relating to the Promotion and/or the draw, which is due to an event of any Force Majeure. In such an instance, Citibank’s obligation to the Cardmember(s) under these terms and conditions will be considered cancelled/terminated without necessity for Citibank to provide further notice to the Cardmember(s).

13. Citibank reserves the right to terminate the Promotion at any time without giving further notice to the Cardmember(s).

14. Citibank reserves the right, at its absolute discretion, to vary, delete or add to any of these Terms & Conditions from time to time, with notice, including without limitation the manner, mechanics and means through which the draws shall be operated

15. Citibank reserves the right to draw reserve-winner in the draw and to disqualify the winner drawn who is subsequently found to have violated these Terms and Conditions or has violated the Citibank Credit Card Terms and Conditions. Citibank shall at all times retain the absolute right to replace any winner drawn who does not claim his/her Prize within one (1) month from the date of the draw.

16. Citibank assumes no responsibility for lost, late, misdirected, damaged, incomplete, transactions that are processed late, incorrectly or lost due to computer or electronic malfunction.

17. In no event shall Citibank, any of its affiliates, or any of their officers, directors, employees or agents be liable for any loss, damage or expense arising out of or otherwise related to the Promotion or the draw and/or the subsequent use of the fuel.

18. Employees of Citibank and its associate companies are not eligible to participate in the Promotion.

19. Citibank does not offer or provide any warranties, or accept any responsibility or liability of any kind in respect of the Prizes, the Promotion or the draws and hereby disclaims any and all express or implied warranties with respect to the same.

20. The winning Cardmember may be entitled to the Prize and receipt thereof subject to the condition that he/she shall have given his/her unconditional consent whereby in consideration of giving away the Prize to the winner, Citibank shall be allowed to use such winner’s information/details/photographs for publicity of the Promotion in such manner as determined by Citibank.

Note: Citibank, N.A.Pakistan (“Citibank”) offers up to Three Reward Points (“Offer”) to Cardmembers holding a valid regular Citibank VISA / MasterCard, Classic and Gold Credit Card, whereby the Cardmembers will be entitled to Reward Points mentioned above in respect of payments made at participating Caltex Outlets through their Citi Caltex Credit Card.

The Offer will be valid from April 01, 2008 till May 15, 2008

Value of 1 Reward Point redemption through voucher shall be at Rs. 0.50 and redemption through POS at merchants shall be Rs. 0.45
