1. Citibank N.A. (“Citibank”) and Nestle offer special discounts to its customers holding a valid Citibank Credit Card (“Card Members”) whereby subject to the Terms and Conditions stated herein, the Cardmembers may be entitled to discounts mentioned above in respect of payments made at Nestle through their Citibank Credit Cards (“Promotion”)
2. The promotion will be valid until February 14 th, 2009 (“Promotion Period”).
3. Citibank and Nestle shall at times during the Promotion Period retain the option to withdraw the Promotion and/or alter these Terms & Conditions.
4. The promotion maybe utilized by the Cardmember(s) in respect of payments made through use of the Citibank Credit Card(s) and is not applicable in respect of cash transactions.
5. The Cardmember(s) shall not have the option to utilize any other privilege/promotion currently being offered by Nestle in the event that they choose to utilize the Promotion stated herein.
6. In no event shall Citibank, any of its affiliates, or any of their officers, directors, employees or agents be liable for any loss, damage or expense incurred by the Cardmember and/or any third party which may arise out of or otherwise be in connection with inter alia, the Promotion stated herein.
7. Use of the Credit Card(s) by the Cardmember(s) participation in the Promotion shall at times be subject to Citibank Credit Card Terms & Conditions. In the event of any inconsistency between the Citibank Credit Card Terms & Conditions and these Terms & Conditions, the provision relating to the Citibank Credit Card Terms & Conditions shall prevail.
