1. Citibank N.A. (“ Citibank”) and Motiwala Jewellars offer special discounts to its customers holding a valid Citibank Credit Card or Debit Card subject to the Terms and Conditions stated herein. The Card members may be entitled to discounts mentioned above in respect to payments made at Motiwala Jewellars through their Citibank Credit Cards or Debit Cards.
   
   
2. The Promotion will be valid until 25th June 2010 (“Promotion Period”).
   
   
3. Citibank and Motiwala Jewellars shall at all times during the Promotion Period retain the option to withdraw the Promotion and/or alter these Terms and Conditions.
   
   
4. The Promotion may be utilized by the Card member(s) in respect to payments made through the use of Credit Card(s) and Debit Card(s) and is not applicable in respect to cash transactions.
   
   
5. The Card member(s) shall not have the option to utilize any other privilege/promotion currently being offered by Motiwala Jewellars in the event that they choose to utilize the Promotion stated herein.
   
   
6. In no event shall Citibank, any of its affiliates, or any of its officers, directors, employees or agents be liable for any loss, damages or expense incurred by the Card member and/or any third party which may arise out of or otherwise, in connection with inter alia, the Promotion stated herein.
   
   
7. Participation in the Promotion shall at all times be subject to Citibank Credit Card Terms & Conditions. In the event of any inconsistency between the Citibank Credit Card Terms & Conditions and these Terms & Conditions, the provision relating to the Citibank Credit Card Terms & Conditions shall prevail.
