Terms & Conditions :

1. Citibank N.A. Pakistan (“Citibank”) and Almas Collection Jewelers offer special discounts to their customers holding a valid Citibank Credit Card (“Cardmembers”) subject to the Terms and Conditions stated herein, the Cardmembers may be entitled to discounts mentioned above in respect of payments made at Almas Collection Jewellers through their Citibank Credit Cards (“Promotion”).
   
   
2. The promotion will be valid until 30th May, 2010 (“Promotion Period”).
   
   
3. Citibank and Almas Collection Jewellers shall at all times during the Promotion Period retain the option to withdraw the Promotion and/or alter these Terms & Conditions.
   
   
4. The promotion may be utilized by the Cardmember(s) in respect of payments made through use of the Credit Card(s) and is not applicable in respect of cash transactions.
   
   
5. The Cardmember(s) shall not have the option to utilize any other privilege/promotion currently being offered by Almas Jewelers in the event that they choose to utilize the Promotion stated herein.
   
   
6. In no event shall Citibank, any of its affiliates, or any of its officers, directors, employees or agents be liable for any loss, damages or expense incurred by the Cardmember and/or any third party which may arise out of or otherwise, in connection with inter alia, the Promotion stated herein.
   
   
7. Participation in the Promotion shall at all times be subject to Citibank Credit Card Terms & Conditions. In the event of any inconsistency between the Citibank Credit Card Terms & Conditions and these Terms & Conditions, the provision relating to the Citibank Credit Card Terms & Conditions shall prevail.
