Your will however continue to receive paper-based Credit Card Statements till the time we offer you a choice to discontinue receiving paper-based Credit Card Statements. |

What is an eStatement?

| eStatement is an electronic form of your monthly Credit Card Statement sent by Citibank to your preferred email address in the form of an Adobe PDF attachment. It's the easiest way to keep track of your transaction history. You will also receive your Branch Account(s) statements, in case you have any. You can save, print & access your eStatement at any time you wish. |
What is the difference between eStatement and Paper-based Statement?

| There is no difference between eStatement and Paper-based Statement except in the mode of delivery. eStatement contents are exactly the same as that of Paper-based Statements and they both are generated on the same date of each month. eStatements only reach you earlier in your email inbox. |

What kind of attachment will the email have?

| You will receive an email from Citibank containing an Adobe PDF attachment. The attachment is your Credit Card Statement. To open the attachment, you will be required to enter a fixed password. Incorrect password attempt will not open the attachment. PDF is an acronym for Portable Document Format (PDF). It is a universal file format created by Adobe to provide a standard form for storing and editing printed publishable documents. To view PDF files one must download the Adobe Acrobat Reader (Version 5.0 or above) application, which is available free from Adobe's website www.adobe.com |
What if I have more than one type of Citibank Credit Cards and I want to receive eStatement for all of them?

| When you subscribe to any one type of Citibank Credit Card, you will automatically receive eStatements of all your valid Citibank Credit Cards Account and Branch accounts, if any, as a separate email. Last four digits of Credit Card / Branch Account number will be mentioned in email text to notify the Credit Card /Branch Account to which the attached PDF statement belongs. While subscribing, CitiPhone Banker will inform you about the Credit Cards which have been enrolled for e-Statements. However, you do not have the option to unsubscribe eStatement service on any one Credit Card account of your choice. In case you unsubscribe to the eStatement service, you will not receive eStatement of any Credit Card and Branch Account. |
What are the reasons for not receiving eStatements, even if I am subscribed for the service? What can be done in such a situation?

| There can be three major reasons for not receiving eStatement even if you have subscribed for the service: |

- Your inbox has exceeded its size limit, and thus the email is bounced back
- Your email service provider have blocks on Citibank emails
- The email address you had provided for subscription is incorrect.Solution:
- Provide email address with ample space in order to avoid bounce backs due to over limit condition
- Check with your email service provider of blocks on Citibank emails
- There is an option of providing Secondary Email that our CitiPhone Banker will inform you of at the time of subscription. Please avail that. Incase we have a secondary email address and the email is bounced back on the primary one, Citibank will send your eStatement on the secondary address.
- Confirm your subscription details by calling CitiPhone at 111 222 222.

| Terms & Conditions: |
|
- Citibank Credit Cardmember(s) who may or may not be Citibank Branch Banking Customers ("Customer") can request for subscription to or cancellation of the electronic statement pertaining to his/her/their Citibank Credit Card account(s) and Branch Account(s) ("eStatements") through electronic email ("email") by calling CitiPhone on 111-222-222. However, Citibank reserves the right to reject any request for subscription for e-Statement, without giving any reason or notice.
- Upon successful acceptance of request for, the Customer shall be bound by the terms & conditions contained herein, all laws and regulation applicable to e-Statement facility, in addition to the terms & conditions governing the Citibank Credit Card, paper based Statement of Credit Card Account and General Terms and Conditions for branch accounts (as applicable). The terms & conditions for e-Statement, Credit Card & Branch Accounts can be changed any time at the sole discretion of Citibank with prior notice, without assigning reason(s).
- The customer shall be responsible for the e-mail address provided for receipt of the eStatement should be exclusively accessible to him / her only. In the event the contents of e-Statement becoming known to third party / unintended recipient for any reason and through any means whatsoever, the Customer shall not hold Citibank responsible in any manner whatsoever and keep Citibank indemnified as such and at all time. Further, Citibank does not warrant against any external factors affecting the privacy and / or security of e-mails during internet transmission.
- The Customer will continue to receive regular paper based Statement of Account(s) even after enrollment in the e-Statement facility. In case the Customer is unable to timely access and examine e-Statement or in case e-Statement is not received by the Customer for any reason whatsoever, he / she shall be liable to make payments as per advice on paper based Credit Card Statement. However, the Customer shall remain responsible at all times to immediately notify Citibank delayed / non-receipt of e-Statement and / or paper based Statement of Account(s), by calling CitiPhone banking on 111-222-222. Not receiving intimation in such regard shall confirm that the Customer has received the e-Statement and / or paper based Statement of Accounts, timely.
- The Customer shall remain responsible to retain all sales slips pertaining to credit card transactions enabling him/her to ensure validity of the e-Statement entries, including printed receipts from electronic terminals. Citibank reserves the right to receive fees and charges, which Citibank may impose from time to time in connection with the e-Statement, in the manner stipulated by Citibank.
- In case of disputed transactions, Customer shall remain responsible to notify Citibank Customer Services, State Life Building No. 1, 3rd Floor, I.I. Chundrigar Road, Karachi within 14 days of the statement date failing which it shall be deemed conclusively that the Customer has accepted the e-Statement and / or paper based statement to be true, accurate and correct in all respects.
