TERMS & CONDITIONS FOR PROMOTION “MOVE WITH STYLE”

The Promotion, Draw and the Prize relating to such are subject to the following terms & conditions:

1. The Promotion: All valid Citibank Credit Card holders (“Cardmember”) who enroll for CitiAlert on and between October 01, 2007 till October 31, 2007 ("Promotion Period") will get a chance to win a Nokia E90 or one of 10 Apple iPod Nanos randomly selected through a draw (“Draw”) as per details and conditions mentioned below.
   
   
2. A total of 11 Prizes, comprising of one (1) Nokia E90 and ten (10) Apple iPod Nanos, will be awarded to the winners of the Draw.
   
   
3. The Draw shall be conducted in such manner as may be prescribed by Citibank. The winner of the Prize will be contacted either in writing or by telephone by Citibank, as per the contact details provided by the Cardmember to Citibank.
   
   
4. Subscription and use of the CitiAlert shall be subject to Citibank Alerting Service Terms & Conditions. In the event of any inconsistency between the referred Terms & Conditions and this brochure or any other marketing or promotional material relating to the Promotion, Citibank Alerting Service Terms & Conditions shall prevail.
   
   
5. Citibank reserves the right to disqualify any Cardmember from participating in the Draw in case the Cardmember has violated any of these terms & conditions or has violated Citibank Alerting Service Terms & Conditions.
   
   
6. Citibank is entitled to change or substitute the Prize with another prize of equivalent or similar value or otherwise.
   
   
7. Issuance of the Citibank Credit Card is subject to approval by Citibank in respect of each application and is based on inter alia, the applicant meeting the criteria set by Citibank.
   
   
8. Citibank shall not be in breach of its obligations or otherwise liable to conduct the Draw, carry out the Promotion, offer or award any prize, nor will it be liable to any Cardmember, on account of a failure or a performance of any of its obligations relating to the Promotion and/or the Draw, which is due to an event of any Force Majeure. In such an instance, Citibank’s obligation to the Cardmember(s) under these terms and conditions will be considered cancelled/terminated without necessity for Citibank to provide further notice to the Cardmember(s).
   
   
9. Citibank reserves the right to terminate the Promotion at any time as deemed appropriate by Citibank by giving notice in such a manner to the Cardmember(s).
   
   
10. Citibank reserves the right to draw reserve-winner in the Draw and to disqualify the winner drawn who is subsequently found to have violated these terms and conditions or has violated the Citibank Alerting Service Terms & Conditions. Citibank shall at all times retain the absolute right to replace any winner drawn who does not claim his/her Prize within one (1) month from the date of the Draw.
    
    
11. Citibank assumes no responsibility for lost, late, misdirected, damaged, incomplete, transactions that are processed late, incorrectly or lost due to any reason whatsoever.
    
    
12. In no event shall Citibank or any of its affiliates or any of their officers, directors, employees or agents be liable for any loss, damage or expense arising out of or otherwise related to the Promotion or the Draw and/or the subsequent use of the Prize(s).
    
    
13. Employees of Citibank and its associate companies are not eligible to participate in the Promotion.
    
    
14. Use of the Prize is subject to manufacturer’s/supplier’s instructions and Citibank shall not be liable in any manner for any dispute between the winner of the Prize/Cardmember and manufacturer/ supplier for the Prize.
    
    
15. Citibank does not offer or provide any warranties, or accept any responsibility or liability of any kind in respect of the Prize, the Promotion or the Draw and hereby disclaims any and all express or implied warranties with respect to the same.
    
    
16. The winner Cardmember may be entitled to receive the Prize subject to the condition that he/she has given his/her unconditional consent whereby in consideration of giving away the Prize to the winner, Citibank shall be allowed to use such winner’s information/details/photographs for publicity of the Promotion in such manner as determined by Citibank.
