CAR FINANCING

Car stolen or met an accident

In case your car has been stolen or snatched, you are requested to kindly contact the local police and have an F.I.R registered. You are also requested to contact your Insurance Company as well as the collection unit and inform them of the same. In case your car has met an accident, kindly contact your Insurance Company and file for the claim. During the time Insurance claim is being settled you are liable to pay the installement amount.

Insurance policy not received

In case you do not receive your yearly renewed policy, you are requested to contact your respective Insurance Company and request for the same. You may also contact our 24-hrs CitiPhone Banking at 111 222 2223 and request for the same.

Disbursal letter not received

At the time of loan booking, the bank sends a loan disbursal letters which states the details of the disbursed loan as well as the details of the installments. If you have not received the disbursal letter or it has been misplaced, kindly contact our CitiPhone Banking at 111 222 2223.

Balance certificates

In order to have the balance certificates issued for the purpose of Income Tax or otherwise, please call at our CitiPhone banking services at 111 222 2223 or send us a written request for the same.
