Cheque Book or Debit/ATM/CIN card lost
If you have misplaced your cheque book or your ATM card you are requested to report the same as lost immediately to our CitiPhone at 111-222-222 and have them blocked. The bank will not be responsible for any transaction being carried out prior to the said instructions.
Statement not received
The statements are sent to our account holders each quarter, through courier. Should you not receive the same you are requested to kindly contact CitiPhone Banking at 111 222 222 and have them remailed.
Dispute of a transaction
In case you see a debit or a credit entry which has not been carried out as per your instructions, you are requested to kindly report the same either to your respective Branch or our CitiPhone Banking services at 111-222-222 within 14 days from the date of the statement |
