Simply dial 111-222-222 and then select the language option --- Press 1 for Urdu and 2 for English
Press 1 for Automated Customer Services
- Will be prompted to enter your sixteen digit Debit Card or Credit Card Number followed by the four digit T-PIN
- Your primary account balance will be spoken out
- Press 1 for Account Balances, Press 2 for Funds Transfers, Press 3 for Other Banking Services, Press 7 to re-listen the Customer Services Menu, and Press 8 to re-listen the main menu
- For Account Balances Sub-menu, Press 1 to receive your account statement by Fax, Press 2 for listening to account statement details, Press 3 for Bank Account Balances
- For Other Banking Services Sub-menu, Press 1 for Ordering a Statement of your bank account, Press 2 for Ordering a Checkbook, Press 3 to Change your T-PIN or ATM-PIN.
Press 2 for Debit Card or Credit Card Activation
- Will be prompted to enter your sixteen digit Debit Card or Credit Card Number
Press 3 for Rates and Products Information
- Press 1 for Rates, Press 2 for Products Information
- In the Rates Sub-menu, Press 1 for Time Deposit Rates and Press 2 for Currency Exchange Rates
- In the Products Information Sub-menu, Press 1 to listen to the Products Information, Press 2 to receive Products Information by Fax.
Press 4 to listen to the entire menu and list of options (help directory)
- Press 1 to listen to the information, Press 2 to receive the information by Fax
Press 0 to Speak to a Phone Banking Officer Any Moment
Press 9 to End the Call Any Moment
