Citibank has now a unique credit cards payment drop service in the form of an Electronic Drop Box Machine. Located in all branches by the ATMs, an Electronic Drop Box provides you a receipt of the payment you drop in the box. The receipt contains a unique reference number and date and time of the payment and this may help you in tracking your payments. Please be aware of the following instructions when using an Electronic Drop Box.

1. The envelope inserted should not be folded or deformed.
   
   
2. Wait for 3 seconds before pulling out the receipt.
   
   
3. Do not insert cash or coins.
   
   
4. Press button and insert one envelope at a time, slowly and gradually.
