		Citibank Goes Live with ATM-generated ‘Mini Credit Card Statements’

Instantly provides payment information through Citi ATMS

Citibank N.A. Pakistan (Citi) has launched its ATM-generated ‘mini credit card statement’ facility, becoming the first bank in Pakistan to offer this service for its credit card customers. The unprecedented move, now on offer to all Citibank card holders, is part of Citi’s continuous enhancement of services for its customers.

“The launch of Citi’s Mini Card Statements heralds the many customized features we aim to introduce over the next few months. “With this facility, our card customers can access payment information such as payment date, minimum, total and balance due as well as available cash limit anytime, from any of Citi’s 47 ATM windows nation-wide, completely free of charge,” said Naeem Siddiqui, Head of Citi’s Credit Card Business. “It’s convenience at your finger tips, no calling the helpline, no waiting for a card statement- all you need is your 4-digit credit card pin code”.
