KazMunayGas borrows $800 ml for North-Caspian Project
 
 
Astana. February 3. Interfax-Kazakhstan - KazMunayGas (KMG), Kazakhstan’s national oil and gas company, was granted an unsecured loan of $800 ml from western banks in order to fund the North-Caspian Project.

The period of the loan is 18 months, and has a rate of LIBOR+0.5, the company released on Friday.

The leading organizers of the loan were Citigroup, BNP Paribas, and Societe Generale.

A KMG representative confirmed to Interfax-Kazakhstan these financial institutions would be issuing the loan.
