The prize draws will be conducted every three months. The draws will take place on the second working day of the month. The prize winners will be selected between all Citi International Personal Bank clients who will complete the application form to be part of the Small Luxury Hotels of the World members club. The winners will be selected independently by SLH via random selection software.
The stays obtained from the draw will consist of standard double room accommodation. All reservation requests must be made a minimum of two (2) weeks prior to the requested date for the hotel accommodation. All reservation requests are subject to availability at the chosen hotel and SLH cannot guarantee availability at the time requested, particularly during the chosen hotel’s peak season. Any reservation will be subject to any terms and conditions applicable to the chosen hotel. Room nights are non-flexible and once confirmed by SLH no alterations or cancellations can be made. All food, beverages, taxes and other incidental costs are to be settled prior to checking out from the hotel. Prize winners who choose to utilise their room nights at an all-inclusive SLH hotel will incur an additional charge which will vary depending on the hotel selected. All travel, travel insurance, passport, visa and other ancillary arrangements are to be made by, and at the cost and risk of, the prize winner.
Each client is eligible to win only one prize. There is no cash alternative.
