Citi MobileSM
Citi MobileSM is a free1 mobile banking service that allows you to perform everyday banking on your cell phone or smart phone.
- Convenience: You can view a summary of all your linked accounts, including checking, credit cards, mortgage, loans, and home equity lines.
- View Account Activity: Clicking on an account will lead you to the individual account activity page for that specific account.
- Pay Your Bills: Pay your U.S. bills on the weekends or on the road to avoid missing payments and being hit with late fees. You can Add Payees and set up One-Time or recurring payments directly from your phone.
- Transfer Funds: Transfer money between your Citi linked accounts to avoid overdraft fees, pay your Citi Credit Card bill and start saving regularly.
- ATM/Branch Locator: Click this option to see a list of the nearest ATMs and Branch locations.
- Security: Accounts are protected by 128-bit encryption, just as they are when banking online from a regular computer. If your cell phone is lost, contact Customer Support immediately to have your Mobile account disabled.

- 2. Go to citi.com
- 3. Sign on with the same User ID and Password you currently use to access Citibank® Online on your computer.
