CitiPhone Banking enables you to:

• Monitor your account transactions and balances.
• Report lost or stolen Citibank^® Banking Cards.
• Transfer funds between your linked Citibank accounts^*.
• Get information about banking products and services.
• Get information about wire transfer transactions.
• Request a new PIN for Citibank Banking Card.
• Open additional accounts including Certificates of Deposits.
• Request checkbooks, CitiFax forms and Citibank Banking Cards.
• Set up and change your Telephone Personal Identification Code (TPIC).

^* For your security, CitiPhone Banking will not permit you to transfer funds if you provide an incorrect access code, attempt to transfer an amount greater than the available balance in the source account, or if the transfer exceeds the number allowed for a particular account.
