With more than 50 percent of Citi Hungary's CitiGold customers regularly traveling around the world on business and private trips, the need to access their bank's customer service and a personal banker from outside Hungary is increasing. In response to this increasing customer demand, Citibank Zrt., a member of Citi, today launched the Citigold Global Access, a suite of convenient and complimentary services and privileges that Hungary's CitiGold customers can enjoy when they visit any of the more than 500 Citigold Centers in 35 countries around the world.

Only one week after launching the unique Citigold Select Center in Budapest, we are now launching another fist-in-the-market service through which we can meet the specific lifestyle needs of Citigold customers by providing mobile and borderless banking services. Our Citigold Global Access services are easily accessible, functional and complimentary so that our customers traveling around the world can enjoy the same experience they receive at home." said Batara Sianturi, Citi Country Officer for Hungary.

Currently, the key offerings of the Citigold Global Access service include:

• Free Citigold Center Access - Free access to 500 Citigold Centers in 35 countries around the world, including lounges and meeting rooms. Citigold customers are also provided free usage of telecommunication devices such as telephone and fax for local calls as well as Internet access so that they feel connected wherever they are.
• Toll-free One-number Hotline - Citigold customers can contact their home Citigold customer service hotline via a single toll free number, 00-800-CITI-CODE (00-800-2484-2633) and request for assistance. Customers no longer need to remember different telephone numbers for different banking services when they are traveling.
• Preferential FX Rate - Citigold customers can enjoy preferential foreign exchange rate when converting local currencies and US dollars abroad. They can do so up to US$5,000. Preferential rates vary depending on currencies and local FX market situation.
• Emergency Cash Withdrawal - When in unexpected emergency situations such as loss of wallet, subject to proper verification, Citigold customers can get up to US$2,000 emergency cash (or in available denominations) from their accounts.

Citigold customers are offered high quality, preferential banking products, including the exclusive Platinum Card with Platinum Club privilege services and a wide range of Citibank and non-Citibank investment products, including government securities, structured notes and over 90 domestic and foreign mutual funds from nine major asset manager and fund house partners of Citibank. Citigold customers are offered access to global Citi products and services through Citi's unique global network as well.
