Citibank Zrt., a member of Citigroup today announced that it has launched the Citibank MasterCard Platinum Credit Card. This exclusive product is unique to the Hungarian market in its field since besides the enhanced product benefits it offers a series of value-added privilege services. The card provides remarkable credit lines and increased spending limits at favorable interest rate and is available to CitiGold customers with no annual fee.

The Travel Pack, the Citibank Alerting Service, the Citibank Online internet banking service and the Citibank Credit Guard Insurance Package are also free of charge. The Travel Insurance and the Credit Guard Insurance Package are offered by AIG Hungary, AIG Europe S.A. Branch Office in Hungary, while the Assistance Service is provided by Europe Assistance Magyarország Kft., both Citibank Zrt.'s partners, under the contractual terms and conditions.
