Citibank Rt., a member of Citigroup, today announced that
it has launched internet banking services to its credit cardholders
via the existing Citibank Online internet banking facility.
Zdenek Turek, Citigroup Country Officer for Citibank Rt., said,

sales centers, telephone customer service, internet banking and
sales agents. Enhancing the features of our Citibank Online internet
banking service to ensure internet access to our credit cardholders
is in line with our distribution channel strategy that aims to make
it more convenient for our customers to do business with us."
Citibank Rt.'s primary and supplementary credit cardholder customers,
as well as Diners Club Card holders, now have access to their accounts
online to check their balance information, account details and activity
for the past 90 days. Customers can also change their card's e-PIN
and ATM PIN code, send messages to the customer service and, through
a direct link to Citibank Rt.'s internet homepage, can easily reach
the Citibank Information Center.
As well as offering easy and comfortable management of financial
transactions with 24-hour, on-line access from all over the world,
Citibank Rt.'s account customers can view their account and credit
card information on the same platform and in just a few easy clicks
can make internal transfers from their bank accounts to settle their
credit card debt free of charge.
Security and confidentiality are part of the bank's top priorities
in serving customers. Citibank Online platform is protected by state-of-the-art
technology including 128-bit SSL encryption. Customers can only
gain access to their account by providing their Citibank Credit
Card number and e-PIN code. Account customers can either use their
Credit Card or Citicard number and e-PIN code to access Citibank
Online.
To use this service, customers need to sign an agreement which can
be downloaded from the bank's website. Access will be granted within
48 hours following receipt of the agreement at customer services.
