General Conditions

This List of Conditions is an inseparable part of the General Business Conditions and the Lending Conditions of the Small and Mid- Size Corporate Services of Citibank Zrt. (hereinafter Bank) in relation to its regulations on specific contracts, services or instructions.

The Bank accepts only those orders which are in conformity with its business policy, General Business Conditions and Lending Conditions of the Small and Mid- Size Corporate Services. The fees and conditions provided below apply to general banking transactions and they have been defined according to the bank and money-transactions laws in force. The Bank reserves the right to charge additional fees for transactions requiring non-standard procedures.
