To use Citibank Online you need the following:
A Citi Debit or Credit Card, your User Name, your Password and your mobile phone. (If you haven’t registered your mobile phone with us, or you have recently changed it, pls call Citiphone to register it.)
A Computer
If you have a PC this is what you need:
MS Windows Operating System
Pentium Processor or greater
Minimum screen resolution 800X600 (optimal 1024 x 768)
128MB memory or above
20MB or more hard disk space available
An internet connection
For PCs, you will need a secure Internet browser; the following table lists the browser and operating system combinations that are recommended*:
