To use Citibank Online you need the following:
A Citibank Current or Savings Account along with your User Name and Password
(if you do not have a User Name and Password, please refer to the Sign On section for details on registering to use Citibank Online for the first time).

If you have a PC this is what you need:
MS Windows 2000/ME/NT/XP Operating System
Pentium Processor or greater
Minimum screen resolution 800X600 (optimal 1024 x 768)
128MB memory or above
20MB or more hard disk space available
An internet connection
