  • Citibank Online offers you a range of services through which you can check the activity and balance of your credit cards. To sign on to Citibank Online, please click here.

    Alternatively, you may call Citiphone on 210 92 90 100, for Citibank cards, or 210 92 90 200, for Diners cards, and you will get connected with the Automated Phone Service (IVR).
    For your convenience, please follow the steps below:
    Step 1: Press 1 (Balance information)
    Step 2: Enter your credit card number and verification details.
    Step 3: Press 1 (Current balance) or press 2 (Unbilled transactions)

  • How can I reissue / reset my credit card PIN?
    Please contact a Citibank representative at any of our branches or Citiphone by calling 210 92 90 100, for Citibank cards, or 210 92 90 200, for Diners cards.


  • How can I discontinue automatic bill payments (for example to mobile phone companies, for magazine subscriptions)?
    If the intitial automatic bill payment has been set up by submitting the relevant request directly to Citibank, you may discontinue it by contacting Citiphone on 210 92 90 100, for Citibank cards, or 210 92 90 200, for Diners cards.
    In case, however, the initial automatic bill payment has been set up by submitting the relevant request to a participating company, you should submit a cancellation request to that company directly.
