Measures of support to small & medium enterprises – customers of Citibank.

Citibank announces measures of support to the customers with small and medium enterprises that were affected by recent events, in order for them to recover soon and return to normal operation.
More specifically, the decisions involve the following measures:
- Arrest of installments in business loans up to 12 months as well as rate reduction by 1%.
- Arrest of installments in consumer loans and credit cards of these customers up to 12 months.
- Low-interest rate loan and grace period of up to 12 months for damage restoration of buildings, equipment or for making new supplies.
- Reduction of the credit card acceptance fee by 20% for the next 6 months
- Immediate replacement of POS for credit card transactions.
The small and medium enterprises that are customers of Citibank and have suffered damages during the last few days can either visit their neighboring branch or call at 210-9290000 & 801-11-12484 and a business RM will visit them to discuss how to reply to their needs immediately.
