Citibank: 6 new branches in the first six months and 11 more in the next six months of 2007.

Citibank expanded its network with 6 new branches within the first six months of 2007, following its organic growth strategy and reaching the total of 74 branches in Greece. Pefki, Keratsini, Nea Philadelphia, Pallini and Melissia, are the five areas of Athens that were selected by the Bank, in addition to the island of Myconos, where the new Citibank branch was inaugurated on 2nd July.
Citibank’s Distribution Head, Stelios Pirpinias, stated regarding the opening of the new branches: «Taking into consideration the changing demands of our customers and the growth of local markets, the opening of our 6 new branches is very important for the quality service of our customers in the selected areas. It also signifies the first phase of our plan to open 17 new branches within 2007, since our target remains reaching 85 branches in total by the end of the year».
All new branches follow the new design of the Bank and stand out for their functionality. They are set to service customers with discretion and privacy in pleasant office spaces that are characterized by modern style with intense colours, stylish furniture and pleasant banner images.
