Athens, February 15, 2006

Citibank in cooperation with ALICO AIG LIFE, is launching the programme “Forever Woman”, which is designed exclusively for women, in order to enable them to live life to the fullest even in the unfortunate event of a serious illness. The new programme enhances prevention and offers significant financial support in case of women cancer, which is unique in the Greek market [and Citibank is the only distributor.

The insurance is open to all women between 18 and 60 years old, including non-customers and existing customers of the bank. Its small monthly fee of €11-€35 includes a number of advantages. More specifically, “Forever Woman” offers a PAP test and a breast screening every year free of charge in co-operation with Euromedica medical centers. If a form of female cancer is diagnosed, a lump sum of €15.000 is paid, as well as €500 each month for 12 months after the diagnosis.

Moreover, the programme provides the option of a second medical opinion, in cooperation with leading medical centers in the US. Finally, in the case of hospitalization extra €100 is paid on a daily basis for a period of up to 100 days. This financial support allows women to focus on their treatment with minimum disruption to their and their family’s daily financial needs.
