Citiphone Representative (CPR07)
The position aims at actively contributing to servicing, deepening the relationship and retaining satisfied customers.
Responsibilities include:
- Citiphone Representatives service clients over the phone
- Provides high quality customer service
- Participates in sales of bank products to inbound calls
Required Skills:
- Excellent oral communication skills
- Sales skills and customer service orientation
- Knowledge of other European Union languages will be highly appreciated
- Degree in Economics or Business Administration
- Excellent Knowledge of the English language and very good PC Skills
