Citiphone Representative (CPR08)

The position aims at actively contributing to servicing, deepening the relationship and retaining satisfied customers.

Responsibilities include:

• Citiphone Representatives service clients over the phone, 24 hours per day,
  7 days a week
• Provides high quality customer service
• Participates in sales of bank products to inbound calls

Required Skills:

• Ability to work on a part time basis (4 hours per day) on shifts as well as weekends and holidays
• Excellent oral communication skills
• Sales skills and customer service orientation
• Knowledge of other European Union languages will be highly appreciated
• Degree in Economics or Business Administration
• Excellent Knowledge of the English language and very good PC Skills
