Buy & Win program enables you to choose among 3 different ways the one
you want in order to redeem part or the total of your available points:

1. Through Diners Cosmos Club Travel services.
1 point = 1€ of travel services.
Whenever you wish, you may redeem your points with the purchase of travel services
at Diners Cosmos Club, by calling at 210 33 33 444.

Example: If you have collected 400 points from your purchases, you may redeem them
with travel services worth up to 400€.

2. Through purchases in merchants that participate in the program.
1 point = 0.75€ of purchases.
The next time you make a transaction in one of the participating merchants, you may redeem part or all of your points, just by letting the cashier know. You just need to buy something equal or greater in value to the amount in euro that corresponds to the points you wish to redeem.

Example: If you have collected 400 points from your purchases, you may redeem them by purchasing
items in the participating merchants, worth up to 300€.
Specifically, the next time you make a purchase using your Diners Credit Card at any participant business member and make a purchase valued at 400 euros, you may ask for a reimbursement of the 400 points which you have available.
Thus, you will notice 2 transactions made with your credit card in your next statement: 1_ one charge with the entire amount of your purchase made at the participating business member, amounting to 400 euros, and 2_a credit with the description "Point reimbursement from the "Buy & Win" reward program, amounting to 300 euros You will be requested, then, to make a payment of only the difference, between the value of your purchase and the value of the points which you reimbursed, that is 100 euros.

3. In cash, in your next billing account.
1 point = 0.40€ in cash.
Call CitiPhone at 210 92 90 200 and make your request to redeem part or all your points you have collected so far, in cash. They will be credited to your next Diners billing account.

Example: If you have collected 400 points from your purchases, you may redeem up to 160€ in cash.
