Citibank's premier payment product, enabling a complete outsourcing of the payment process to Citibank for productivity, time and cost savings to our customers. Citibank Paylink requires data creation, authorisation at customer's offices and transmission via on-line modem to Citibank where payment is authenticated and securely processed either as cheques or Electronic Funds Transfers to beneficiaries at Citibank or other banks.

Citibank Paylink can also be interfaced with accounting systems to receive payment data prior to transmission on-line to Citibank. SAP R/3, JD Edwards, SUN and most major accounting systems have been successfully interfaced with Citibank Paylink. Citibank Paylink also incorporates a preformat library, which can be used for regular payment instructions of suppliers, and beneficiaries.

Payroll Processing Service

This service allows companies to outsource the entire cash payroll processing to Citibank. With Payroll Processing Service, the customer forwards payroll details to Citibank, upon receipt of this information, Citibank debits the customers account and arranges the cash into pay packets using specially designed envelopes. The envelopes allow for verification of actual cash content in the envelope without breaking the seal and are delivered as per instructions Benefits include:
