Having achieved this, CitiService® Kenya was in 1997 certified as a "Success Model" Africa Division - CEEMEA and was certified as a Level 4 branch in 2001 (highest within the Africa organisation of Citibank). CitiService® Kenya was also ISO 9001:2000 certified in 2001 and has since been re-certified in 2003 after a successful standards conformance audit.
