Citibank achieves ISO 9001:2000 Re-certification

Citibank Kenya Operations and Technology has successfully undergone 3 surveillance audits since we achieved the ISO 9001:2000 certification in October 2001. During these audits, Bureau Veritas Quality International (BVQI) have re-certified that we have continued to maintain very high service standards and continuously demonstrated improvement in our quality management systems.
