A dedicated Diners Club Customer Service team that understands your business travel needs is on call 24 hours a day. Your Personal Representative can answer questions or assist you with special problems regarding your account. If needed, your Representative will investigate all matters thoroughly, obtain support documentation, monitor the situation, make phone calls and do whatever is required to resolve Account issues quickly. Automated Services Line
Corporate Card Account balance and payment information can be accessed 24 hours a day. Simply call the Automated Services Line 800-729-5309, have your 14-digit Account number* ready, and follow the voice prompts.

Billing Statements
Online or by mail, Diners Club monthly statements are easy to read, understand and reconcile. A detailed breakdown of charges helps simplify your business expense management. For most transactions, the city, state and reference number of the charge is listed. When you view your statement online you may contact us via the internet with billing inquiries.

Payment
Payment in full is due by the date shown on your statement. The Payment Coupon (top portion of statement) should be enclosed along with your check in the provided return envelope. Send to:

Be sure to indicate your Account number on your check. Please refer to the Account Agreement (sent with your Card) for complete payment terms.

Lost or Unused Airline Tickets
If you are expecting credit for an unused or lost ticket, please fax a copy of the airline's Refund Exchange Notice or Lost Ticket Application to Diners Club at 303-649-2717. We will promptly deal with the airline to process your credit.

Account Protection
Your Diners Club Account is immediately credited for dispute charges. Until a problem is fully investigated, you will not be required to pay the amount in question.

Billing Disputes and Inquiries
Remember to keep your Diners Club charge receipts to help you identify the items on your monthly billing statements. There are several items to consider should you encounter a discrepancy between a receipt and your statement or become aware of a charge that you cannot identify.
