For security purposes, Diners Club will not keep a record of your PIN, so if you lose or forget it, contact Diners Club and we'll issue you a new one.

The World Wallet transaction amount, plus cash advance fee and delivery charge, will appear on the Diners Club monthly billing statement as a cash advance.

Your Diners Club Card lets you get cash advances of up to $500 a day and up to $1,000 within in a seven day period, subject to your organization's agreement with Diners Club. Cash advances are charged directly to your Diners Club Account and must be authorized through the local Diners Club office. A 4% service fee will be charged for an advance, unless prohibited by local laws or laws of the Issuer.

If you are traveling in a foreign country, a valid Diners Club Card and passport for identification are required in order to secure a cash advance. A driver's license or other reasonably equivalent form of identification also may be acceptable.
