1. Insurance products are not FDIC insured, are not deposits, and are not bank guaranteed. You have the right to choose any insurance company you wish; your choice will not affect your relationship with Citibank or Diners Club. Neither Citibank nor Diners Club offers any tax, legal, investment or insurance advice, which each person should obtain from qualified professionals. Neither Diners Club nor any of its affiliates is the provider of this insurance.

2. Club Assistance Worldwide Emergency Assistance is supplied by a third party and is subject to certain terms and conditions. Neither the service nor Diners Club employs the professionals provided as referrals, nor are they responsible for service availability, quality, errors, acts or omissions as a result of the use of assistance services. Services are subject to change without notice and the Cardholder is responsible for all expenses in the provision of services.

3. This Plan, under Policy HTP02162 is underwritten by: Virginia Surety Company, 1000 Milwaukee Ave., Glenview, IL 60025. Policy terms and conditions are briefly outlined in this Description of Coverage. Complete provisions pertaining to this protection plan are contained in the Master Policy on file with the trustee, Marine Bank Springfield, and Diners Club. In the event of any conflict between this Description of Coverage and the Master Policy, the Policy will govern.

NOTE: Problems of distance, information and communication make it impossible for Virginia Surety Company, Inc., WorldNet or Health Special Risk to assume any responsibility for the availability, quality, use or result of any emergency service. In all cases, you are still responsible for obtaining, using and paying for your own required services of all types.

4. Expense for medical services and supplies must be recommended by the attending Physician.
