Transfers, Relocations, and Program Changes

Once your Diners Club program is in full operation, your organization can update information on traveler participation in these programs. To do so, you should follow the specific procedures of each:
  • AT&T Corporate Edge Enrollments
  • Club Cash Enrollment and Limits
  • Club Rewards
  • Electronic Travel Reimbursement
  • Flight Coverage Plus
At your request, Diners Club also can update Corporate Cardmember information, including:
  • Change of address
  • Change of phone number
  • Change of last name due to marital status
  • Addition or deletion of suffix, prefix, middle initial, or middle name
  • Spelling errors
  • Abbreviations (ex: Thomas to Tom or Tom to Thomas)
  • Indicative data (variable information such as Personnel Number, Department Code, etc.)
  • Account transfers (such as a Cardmember being transferred from one part of the organization to another)
How to Notify Diners Club
If you anticipate that a hundreds of Account records or organizational information will be updated on a on a regular basis, we recommend that you use Automated File Maintenance. This system allows you to automate your file maintenance transactions by providing the information on diskette or by file attachment to a secure email to Diners Club.

If you prefer to update Account information manually, you will need to send all relevant details to your Business Service Representative. Before you send the information, you should work with your Business Service Representative to determine precisely what information is needed to accomplish a specific update. Once you have the proper information, send it to:
