All Diners Club Corporate Cards are valid for two years unless your organization has chosen a common expiration date or other time period (anywhere from 12 to 24 months). Corporate Cardmember Accounts will automatically be renewed, without any action on their part or your organization, unless you inform us that you wish a Corporate Cardmember Account to be cancelled.

Using the New Card
Corporate Cardmembers will receive a new Diners Club Card in the mail approximately 2 weeks prior to the current Corporate Card's expiration date.

The new Corporate Card may not be used until the first day listed in the "Valid Thru" range on the bottom right corner on the front side of the Card. On that day, the Corporate Cardmember should destroy the old Corporate Card, and sign the new Card immediately.

If your organization keeps the Corporate Card Account numbers and expiration dates on file with a travel agency or any other vendor, Corporate Cardmembers should inform these contacts of the new expiration date to ensure uninterrupted charging privileges.
