MIS Reports For companies that prefer less detailed reporting, have fewer than 200 Corporate Cardmembers, or need special insight into Account Delinquency Diners Club can provide comprehensive MIS Reports, which provide up-to-date information on your organization's transaction patterns and volumes. These reports are shipped to your organization, generally once a month, in paper, microfiche or other formats. While these reports cannot offer the same flexibility and depth as the data provided through Global Vision, they may be appropriate for the reporting needs of many organizations. Like Global Vision, MIS Reports, allows you to use indicative data and the Account Structure system to organize and summarize your transaction data. Examine the reports that hold the most promise for your organization's analysis goals, and contact your Diners Club Representative. He or she will be able to add a professional perspective, and help you plan your reporting accordingly. Once you decide which reports you want, you can begin production immediately, or take a phased apprach. Throughout the process, Diners Club will work with you to acquaint you with the reports' layout and content, and help you, gain greater knowledge about their meaning and use. Getting Started with MIS Reports If your organization will rely solely upon MIS Reports, rather than Global Vision, and you are unsure about which reports you should use, we recommend that you start with the Core and Supplemental reports. As you get accustomed to the reports and learn more about your program, you can select additional reports as needed.
