Corporate Cardmembers should immediately notify Diners Club if a Card
is lost, stolen, or cannot be used due to damage. Cardmembers should call Customer
Service at 1-800-2-DINERS (1-800-234-6377). If Cards are lost or stolen
outside the United States, the Caribbean or Puerto Rico,
Corporate Cardmembers should immediately notify the nearest Diners Club
Office or call collect at 1-702-797-5532.

Emergency Card Replacement
In an emergency, a replacement Card can be issued within one business
day in the U.S. (48 hours overseas, depending on the country to which it must be sent). To minimize
inconvenience to Corporate Cardmembers and enable continuous charge privileges
until a new Card is available, we can authorize Diners Club charges
by telephone at a Corporate Cardmember's request. To request authorization for such charges, Cardemembers should call Customer Service at 1-800-2-DINERS (1-800-234-6377). If Cards are lost or stolen outside the United States, the Caribbean or Puerto Rico, Corporate Cardmembers should immediately notify the nearest Diners Club Office or call collect at 1-702-797-5532.

Fraud Protection
When a Corporate Cardmembers notifies Diners Club that a Card has been
lost or stolen, a Diners Club Customer Service Representative will review
the most recent charge activity with the Corporate Cardmember to identify
any potentially fraudulent charges. Once a Corporate Cardmember notifies
Diners Club of the lost or stolen Card, he or she will not be liable for
any unauthorized use of the Diners Club Corporate Card. Upon completion
of the review, a Corporate Cardmember will be notified only if further
information is required.
